How to Measure

 BUST Measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest.
WAIST

Measure loosely around your natural waistline, just above your belly button
HIPS Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
INSEAM Using a pair of pants that fits you well, measure along the inside seam from the crotch to the bottom of the leg.

CARAUCCI accepts returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original, unworn and unwashed condition.

Return for Store Credit — Complimentary Return Shipping
Choose store credit and we’ll email you a complimentary USPS return label. Once your return is received and processed, your store credit will be added to your account and can be used toward a future purchase. Store credit never expires.

Return for a Refund — Return Shipping Deducted
Prefer a refund to your original payment method? We’ll email you a USPS return label, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Once your return is received and processed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:
A $20 restocking fee may be charged for merchandise returned in a condition other than its original, unworn and unwashed condition. Returns over $1,000 are subject to a 5% restocking fee.

Return for Store Credit

  1. We’ll email you a complimentary USPS return label. Print the label and follow the return instructions provided.
  2. Once we receive and process your return, your store credit will be added to your account. Please allow 1–3 days after we receive your return for the credit to appear.
  3. Your store credit can be used toward your next purchase or saved for later. Store credit never expires.
  4. To view your available store credit and store credit code, log in to your account or open the CU Rewards widget at the bottom left of the site.
Return for a Refund to Your Original Payment Method
  1. We’ll email you a USPS return label. Print the label and follow the return instructions provided.
  2. Once we receive and process your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  3. The cost of your USPS return label will automatically be deducted from your refund. We use the lowest appropriate service available and pass along our discounted USPS business rate.
  4. Depending on your bank or credit card company, please allow 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your account.

Prefer to Ship Your Return Yourself?

You’re welcome to purchase your own return label and send your return directly to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your tracking information until your return has been processed.

Return Packaging

Please package your return securely to help prevent damage in transit.
  • Reuse your original CARAUCCI mailer whenever possible. If you need another package, please choose one appropriately sized for your return.
  • Remove or cover any previous shipping labels before attaching your return label.
  • Please take extra care when packaging fragile items, including jewelry.

Exchanges

We don’t offer traditional exchanges. Instead, you can choose the option that works best for you:

Return First
Return your original item using our complimentary return shipping option. Once your return is received and processed, store credit will be added to your account to use toward your replacement or a future purchase.

Order Your Replacement Now
If you don’t want to risk the size, color or style you want selling out, you’re welcome to place a new order before we receive your return. Once your return is received and processed, we’ll refund the returned item to your original payment method instead of issuing store credit.

If you used a discount code on your original purchase, please contact us with your new order number and we can apply the same discount to your replacement order.


Return Policy Exceptions

  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with no visible signs of wear or use.
  • Items purchased from a CARAUCCI retail partner must be returned to the original place of purchase and are subject to that retailer’s return policy.
  • Items purchased at a CARAUCCI event or pop-up may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • CARAUCCI reserves the right to refuse a return if an item has been worn, washed, altered or otherwise does not meet our return conditions.

Defective Merchandise

We stand behind the quality of our garments. If you believe you’ve received an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us with your order number and photos showing the issue.

Once reviewed, we’ll work with you on the appropriate resolution.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care, or damage that occurs after the garment has been worn or washed is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

We ship via USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail and UPS. Available shipping options and rates are shown at checkout based on your order and destination.

Our Bamboo Fleece Moto Jacket in limited edition, Steel Grey, works as a neutral without defaulting to black, pairing easily with tonal greys, winter whites, black, navy, and deeper color underneath.

Cut with a little more room than our original Moto Jacket, this version keeps the details that give the style its character: an asymmetrical front zipper, high funnel collar, exposed seam detailing, antique brass hardware, and zippered side pockets. The slightly more relaxed silhouette leaves room for layering without losing the clean shape of the jacket.

Our thermo-regulating bamboo cotton fleece has a smooth exterior and softly brushed interior, giving you breathable warmth with comfortable stretch. Wear the collar open for an angled neckline or zip it higher when you want more coverage.

Layer it over a fitted long sleeve top, add it to a tunic and pant combination, or use the shorter jacket length to change the proportion of a longer silhouette. It's substantial enough to add warmth while remaining flexible enough to wear indoors and out.
