Many CARAUCCI designs use flexible fabrics and relaxed or adjustable silhouettes that allow one style to work across a range of sizes. The suggested size range varies by design, so always check the individual product page for specific sizing and fit recommendations.
Yes, but we recommend starting with the individual product page. Because CARAUCCI designs vary in fabric, stretch and silhouette, each product description includes sizing and fit recommendations specific to that style.
Our Size Chart can be used as a general reference, but the sizing information on the individual product page will give you the best guidance for a particular design.

Our fabrics are primarily plant-based rayon, bamboo and cotton, selected for their softness, breathability and drape. Some of our jersey fabrics include a small amount of spandex for stretch, flexibility and shape retention.

Machine wash cold on a delicate cycle and air dry. Avoid high dryer heat, which can cause shrinkage and break down stretch fibers over time.
We also recommend folding heavier pants and dresses rather than hanging them to help prevent stretching in length.

CARAUCCI designs are ethically produced in small batches by our family-run workshop in Bali. We’ve worked closely with our production team for years, allowing us to create in smaller quantities while maintaining a hands-on approach to each collection.
Small variations in color can occur between production runs and across different fabrics. Because fabric composition, weight and texture affect how color appears, the same color may look slightly different from one fabric to another.

Orders
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Use the tracking link in that email to follow your package.
Please allow some time for the carrier to scan your package and update the tracking information after it has been shipped.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your order or shipping address. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before the order ships.
Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes to it.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. We do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays.

Domestic orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Available shipping options and rates are shown at checkout based on your order and destination.
We offer complimentary shipping on U.S. orders of $250 or more.

If you believe you’ve received an item with a manufacturing defect or damage, please contact us with your order number and photos showing the issue.

Returns
CARAUCCI accepts returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original, unworn and unwashed condition.
Choose store credit and we’ll provide complimentary USPS return shipping. Prefer a refund to your original payment method? We’ll provide a USPS return label and deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.
We don’t offer traditional exchanges, but you can return an item and place a new order for the size, color or style you prefer.

Once your return arrives, please allow 1–3 business days for us to process it. Store credit will be added to your account after processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, although your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
Your return will be processed based on the option you selected when starting your return.
If you choose store credit, the credit will be added to your CARAUCCI account once your return is received and processed. Store credit never expires.
If you choose a refund, it will be issued to your original payment method, less the cost of your return shipping label.

No. Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Items purchased from a CARAUCCI retail partner must be returned to the original place of purchase and are subject to that retailer’s return policy.
Items purchased directly from CARAUCCI at an event or pop-up may be returned to us within 30 days of the original purchase date.
