Machine wash in cold water. Use delicate cycle for our lightweight jerseys, cottons and bamboo. Our cotton and bamboo fabrics will shrink in length if put in a hot dryer. We strongly recommend hang drying, as the hot dryer will eventually break down the elasticity in our signature jersey fabrics.  We also recommend folding pants and dresses so that the fabric doesn’t stretch in length. In the unlikely event that you encounter a defective item, please email us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of your item. If a replacement for the particular item is not available, we will work with you on finding an alternate item of equal value and/or process a free return label.

We ship US Priority Mail International. Orders may be subject to additional duties, import taxes, or customs fees upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. CARAUCCI will accept merchandise in its original, unworn and unwashed condition for a refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order. We have two options for returns. We offer complimentary returns for store credit, or you can purchase a return label for a full refund.

Note: We will automatically charge a $10 restocking fee on items not returned in their original condition.

Once your return is processed, Afterpay will be notified and will refund your account accordingly. You will receive an email confirmation from CARAUCCI that the return has been processed & an email from Afterpay confirming the refund. Your statement will show as a refund from Afterpay.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of CARAUCCI items that were not purchased through our online store. Please make returns directly at the store from where you purchased the item.
