The measurements below are guidelines, and the sizing may vary slightly depending on the type of silhouette. We encourage you to read the individual product descriptions for the most accurate sizing suggestions for a particular design. 

Please keep in mind that our fabrics are stretchy and can easily accommodate extra curves.   Bamboo, rayon and cotton fabrics tend to give a bit after wearing.  Areas that fit tight, will stretch slightly after wearing for a couple of hours. We recommend choosing a tighter or looser fit, depending on your personal preference.

How to Measure

 BUST Measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest.
WAIST Measure loosely around your natural waistline, just above your belly button.
HIPS
Measure around the fullest part of your hips, including your booty.
INSEAM
Using your favorite pants, measure the inside seam from the crotch to the bottom of the leg.

Shipping and Returns

We hope you are fully satisfied with your purchase from CARAUCCI. If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help.

SHIPPING

  • All orders and returns will ship via the UPS or the United States Postal Service (USPS), Priority or First Class, depending on your selection. 
  • Orders ship within 3 business days. 
  • Expedited service (overnight or express mail) - Contact us to make arrangements and we will work with you. The associated costs will be based on the chosen shipping method and will be billed separately. 

Note: All responsibility and issues regarding shipping delivery times should be directed to the USPS and their policy.

RETURNS

CARAUCCI will accept merchandise in its original, unworn and unwashed condition for a Refund or Store Credit within 30 days of receiving your order.

Note: We will automatically charge a $10 restocking fee on items not returned in their original condition.

To receive a free USPS return label, please email us the following information:

    • Option 1
    • List of items being returned/exchanged.
    • Specific exchange requests, so that we can ensure stock availability. 
  1. You will receive a USPS return label, via email. Please print your label and follow instructions.
  2. Upon receipt of your return, we will apply credit to your CARAUCCI Gift Card (check your inbox). This credit balance can then be used to purchase your exchange or can be used for future purchases. Please allow 1-3 days after we receive your return for credit to be applied.
  3. Store credit never expires, and you can add your CARAUCCI Gift Card to your Apple Wallet.
  4. Check your CARAUCCI Gift Card balance by logging into your account.
Option 2  > Purchase Return Label > Refund
Save time and purchase a USPS return label from CARAUCCI or choose your own method of return.  To purchase a USPS return label from us, please email us the following information:
    • Option 2
    • List of items being returned
    • Any specific instructions / feedback
  1. You will receive your USPS return label via email. Please print your label and follow instructions.
  2. Upon receipt of your return, your refund will be applied to the form of payment used on the original order. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your account to be credited.
  3. The cost for your return shipping label will automatically be deducted from your refund amount.  In order to save you time and money, we will choose the lowest class of service possible for your return and will pass on our discounted USPS business rates.
Return Packaging Tips
  • Review the packing insert.
  • Check to see if your return label is USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail and use the appropriate packaging.
  • Reuse original packaging (if possible). In most cases your order shipped in an eco-mailer that is REUSABLE. Please place the merchandise in this eco-mailer, a box, or other soft packaging.
  • Please pack properly especially when sending fragile items such as jewelry.
  • If using your own return method, we recommend using USPS and provide a tracking number when possible, so we know when to expect it.

Exchange Requests

We do not currently offer instant exchanges, but do offer one free USPS return shipping label per order. Your return will be credited to your CARAUCCI Gift Card, which you can then use to purchase your exchange items. Please email us with any specific requests.


Return Policy Exceptions

  • Returns must have no visible signs of wear or use and must be returned in their original, unworn and unwashed condition.
  • Any items purchased from a CARAUCCI retail stockist must be returned to the original location at which it was purchased and is subject to the return policies of that retailer.
  • Any items purchased at a CARAUCCI event or pop-up, can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase.
  • CARAUCCI reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn or altered in any way.

Defective Merchandise

In the unlikely event that you encounter a defective item, please email us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of your item. If a replacement for the particular item is not available, we will work with you on finding an alternate item of equal value and/or process a free return label.

Lovely

I feel like a funky ninja when I wear this! Can be worn with shorts, a mini or maxi skirt, leggings, gouchos, etc. The hood is super fun and the fabric...oh my. Heavenly soft and stretchy. Love this piece! The color is also really beautiful.

The Ninja Wrap is my favorite thing in my closet!

I love the Ninja wrap. I just bought two more because I realized I was wearing the same red one so often and really wanted to add more colors to the rotation =) I love adding this piece to dresses and skirts. It adds so much flair to my outfit and at the same time covers up exposed bra straps and gaping underarm holes, and I can wear it wrapped high at the neck to cover up my cleavage for a little more modesty and also to protect my decollete from the sun, or I can wear it lower at the neck if I want to. I just love these so much, please don't stop making them!

Allure and Mystique Warning!

The Ninja Wrap is incredibly flattering on all body types! My bandmates and I each ordered one and it looked sooooo good on the curvy one, the long-legged one, and myself, the shorty. I loooove that it is adjustable in case I eat one too many slices of my housemate’s delectable gluten free cakes. The hood gives an added air of mystique to an already alluring piece. I love love looooooove this ninja wrap!!!

PERFECTION!!!

I am always on the lookout for unique pieces to add to my wardrobe, and this Ninja Wrap does not disappoint. It is exactly as pictured with that signature Caraucci high quality material that both hugs the body and flows. It can actually be worn multiple ways because of the design's versatility. A great find!!
