All orders placed will ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail, depending on your selection.
We will ship your order within three business days.
If you have shipping needs that require expedited service (overnight or express mail), we will work with you, make arrangements, and let you know what the associated costs will be based on the chosen shipping method.
Note: All responsibility and issues regarding shipping delivery times should be directed to the USPS and their policy.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you are fully satisfied with your CARAUCCI purchase. If something is not right, please let us know, as we welcome feedback from our customers. We will accept returns of unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund.
Merchandise purchased at a retail store cannot be returned to us directly. Please take the item back to the store where you purchased it and they will work out an arrangement with you depending on their return/exchange policy. Only items bought directly from our website or at an event where we sell to the public can be returned directly to CARAUCCI.
CLEARANCE ITEMS are FINAL sale.

In most cases, you will have received an eco-mailer that is REUSABLE to ship back returns or exchanges. Please place the merchandise in this eco-mailer, a box, or envelope with a brief explanation of why you are returning the item. Please pack properly if sending fragile items such as jewelry.
Please ship via USPS. All merchandise will be refunded for the price paid. All credit card refunds will be placed on the card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your account to be credited.

Include the receipt, along with your unworn, unwashed merchandise, in a box or envelope and ship it to the address provided. Please provide a tracking number when possible, so we know when to expect it.
We will honor your exchange requests for in-stock items and will let you know when you can expect to receive items that are out of stock.
